GOLF LEGEND WOODS, FACING HARD RECOVERY AFTER FATAL ACCIDENT

Tiger Woods has undergone emergency surgery at the Harbor UCLA Media Center after a fatal car accident. His representative has now reported that Woods is conscious and responsive.

According to Anish Mahajan, Chief Medical Officer and Interim CEO of Harbor UCLA Media Center, Woods suffered multiple open fractures on his leg.

Woods was alone in his SUV at Rancho Palas Verdes, California when he crashed on his way to a golf venue.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department stated that Woods was conscious and talking when the rescue personnel arrived.

The authorities added that there is no evidence that Woods was driving under the influence when the accident happened.
